Hi Deedra, my name is Ann Marie Gutierrez and I'm doing the same search. I've
traced my grandfather, Jose H. Gutierrez 1879 to his father;  Guadalupe
Gutierrez, 1853;  Jose Blas Gutierrez, 1812;   to Jose Manuel Gutierrez 1763;
 he married Magdalena Martin Ayala. 

Armando helped me a lot in searching for my family ancestors since I'm new at
this and he sent me an email with the following info. 

  Manuel Gutierrez was the son of Salvador Gutierrez de Mendoza and Mariana
Hurtado de Mendoza; married 16 Oct 1719 in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco.    They had
a dispensation request dated 22 Aug 1719.    Armando did a further search that
showed Salvador to be the son of  Salvador Gutierrez de Mendoza and Damiana
Vazquez de Lara.   He did a further search on Geneanet and found;  Francisco
Gutierrez Rubio married to Ana Gonzalez Florida which just may be the first
Gutierrez and the source of our line.    I was truly amazed with all the
research Armando did but unfortunately, I have not been as successful.  I am new
at this and barely started researching my ancestors and it is NOT easy.  I hit a
brick wall when it came to finding the actual birth records of Manuel
Gutierrez.   If you find any further information please let me know.  I would
certainly appreciate it.  Likewise, if I find anything I will keep you
informed.  Thank you.

I have hit a deadend with this couple. The father of Beatris is Joseph Ramirez
de Mendoza (from the daughter's Dispensation). They are the parents of two
daughters that I have been able to locate: Maria Nicolasa de Anda: Born 14
December, 1696 in Jalostitlan, Jal. She married Diego Marquez on 16 Jan. 1715 in
Jalostitlan:
