Would someone please let me know if you recognize or are able to make out the paternal's grandmother's surname of the upper right corner birth listing on the attachment for Andres Amado Reyes? The grandfather's name is Julio Reyes (listed as Rogers) and his wife is Maria A__?____.

I couldn't make any name from it, it looks like has an "ó" with an accent, but a quick search for the other names shows that is in fact Roger and not Reyes. It may help you find more about the family members/records.

Thank you....with this information I was able to find their civil marriage record using Roger instead of Reyes and Maria's surname is clearer. This record also lists her father's name.
